If you want to examine a ATX power pack, then it is not sufficient to switch on the power supply the wireless power supply to switch on. Usal does this the motherboard. It bridge over the Pin PS:_ON and the Pin Ground.
The Pin PS:_ON is allways in the color green. The pin Ground ist allways with the color black. Nevermind if you have the 20-pin assignment or the 24-Pin assignment.
